Will you deliver anywhere in the United States?
Yes, we will deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states. E-mail us if you need assistance to deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.
What is the delivery procedure?
You will be called by the Cleary office before delivery to notify you of when the building material will arrive. Please be present at the time of delivery to inventory the material, assist with unloading.
Is there anything to check before the building material is delivered?

In an effort to insure that the delivery of your building goes smoothly, we remind you to check for the following:

  • Are there any roads or bridges leading to the building site which do not allow passage of vehicles weighing 32 tons?
  • Can the delivery truck (semi) get within 75' of the building site?
What are my site access responsibilities?
  • The driver will need enough room to be able to unhook from the trailer and maneuver around freely to both sides of the trailer to begin unloading.  50’ minimum width, 80’-90’ minimum length
  • The perfect site would allow the semi to move around both sides of the trailer, on a level site, to unload building materials on both sides of the jobsite.
  • The semi and a 48’ trailer combination hooked up will be 68’ in overall length.  Any truss longer than 48’ would add to the overall length.  For instance, a 50’ truss on a 48’ trailer would make the overall length 70’.
  • The semi unhooked from the trailer is 20’ in length.
  • The semi is not a four-wheel drive vehicle and can become very vulnerable in slick conditions as well as poorly compacted jobsites (such as sand, pea gravel, etc.)
What are the requirements for the unloading area of my building?
  • When the building materials are delivered to the construction site you must have enough area for the actual building and the building materials. All labor standards are based upon material being unloaded within 75' of building site.
  • Example: A 60’ x 100’ building would need approximately 22’ in width x 60’ in length area for the building materials.  This area will allow for enough room for storage of the building materials.
  • Please making sure all obstacles that could be in the way to access the unloading area are removed or moved prior to delivery i.e. trees, fences/posts, portable and stationary basketball hoops etc.
  • The unloading area should be well marked and designated by spray painting the area for delivery.
  • The Purchaser is required to be on the site at the time of delivery.
