Will you deliver outside the United States?

Yes, please e-mail to discuss delivery options outside of the United States.

What are your International Payment Procedures?

International bank fees should not be deducted from payment. Customer is responsible for duty or customs fee.
Only Visa, MasterCard, & Discover credit cards in US currency (dollars) will be accepted as payment. Be certain to indicate type of card, correct card number, verification number (a 3 or 4 digit code found on the back of your card following last four digits of credit card number), date of card expiration, and exact spelling of name on card.

25% Credit card payment to start the building process
75% Credit Card payment at least one (1) week prior to delivery
2% Cash discount on building package if you mail the Cleary corporate office a check for each payment above.

Can you load a building into a container for International shipping?
