LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TOUR CLEARY BUILDING CORP. HEADQUARTERS
Verona, WI- On April 30, 2008 over 40 students from Verona High School visited Cleary Building Corp.'s
world headquarters in Verona as part of their Business/Education Partnership site visit program. During their two hour
visit, the students were given tours of the office, yard, and plant facilities. The corporate office tour was
conducted by Sue Oliver, Human Resources Manager. Manufacturing Manager Ron Bredeson directed the tour of the yard
and truss plant.
Cleary takes pride in being an active member of the Verona community. The tour was sponsored by Cleary Building Corp.
in conjunction with the Verona Chamber of Commerce Business/Education Partnership Committee.

CLEARY BUILDING CORP. TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING: CAMERON, WI

FABRAL ANNOUNCES 2008 PROJECT OF THE YEAR WINNERS
Lancaster, PA - Fabral's Woodframe Business Unit is pleased to announce the 2008 Project of the
Year winners - Cleary Building Corp, National Barn, R&D Cross, and Meyer Building.
For the past nine years, Fabral has held the Project of the Year contest to recognize excellent projects in the
post frame, light commercial and residential markets. Five finalists in each category were displayed at Fabral's
booth at the 2008 NFBA Frame Building Expo and were voted on by show attendees. Winners were then
selected and will receive a cash prize, plaque, and a scholarship to the school of their choice.

2007 "SHARE YOUR HOLIDAYS FOOD DRIVE"

For the fourth year in a row Cleary Building Corp and it's employees have participated in the local "Share Your Holidays Food Drive."
This year through their efforts they were able to provide approximately 5,094 meals for
the needy throughout the community. Over the past four years Cleary Building Corp and it's employees have provided
over 13,000 meals. A big thank you goes out to all who participated in the gathering of food items and monetary
donations.

On May 10, 2007, over 50 students from Verona High School visited Cleary Building Corp.’s headquarters in Verona, Wisconsin. 2007 Cleary Sales Trip

The 2007 Cleary Sales Trip was a cruise to Grand Turk, Half Moon Cay, & Nassau, Bahamas. It was a great 5 day vacation for all of the 79 Cleary passengers. The weather was great and each destination was gorgeous!
