Don worked with us very closely during the planning stages of our project. He resized and reqouted our building several times until we found
something that met both our financial and square footage needs. Don continued to stay in close contact with us throughout the building process. He was always available to answer any question or concern we may have had.As impressed as we were with Don the real stars throughout this entire process were the men that
constructed our building. Job foreman Eric Zilliox and his crew of Justin Stocker, Josh Flannery, and Micah Waltrud were outstanding. The conditions that these men had to work through were unbelievable to say the very least, from rain and mud to sun shine and 90° with stifling humidity. Their work ethic and attitude were some of the best we’ve ever encountered. All of them knew their roll and place within the building process. We were both amazed at how efficiently and safely they worked. It was obvious that these men had a great deal of pride in what they were doing. We both got the impression that they were constructing a building of their very own. Everything had to be just right before leaving at the end of each day. Not once did we witness a “good enough” moment. You should consider yourself very fortunate to have such dedicated and diligent employees.

I especially want to recognize your Building Sales Specialist from the Cameron/Rice Lake office, and the building crew. Every since my first meeting with him, he has shown genuine concern that I receive the best possible product in the best possible location. I had him redesign the buildings four or five times as I kept changing my ideas, and he never once made me feel like I was burdening him. In fact, he encouraged me to really explore my wants and needs and make whatever changes were required. The communication from him to me and between him and the building crew has been seamless and timely. I couldn’t be happier with his service. The working crew and especially the foreman have been extremely pleasant and very helpful with thoughts and input throughout the process. Jim and Pat Lacey – Blue Mountains of Washington State
We want to thank all who worked with us in design and construction of our cabin in the Blue Mountains of Washington State. Special thanks to Tom Hagerud who worked so diligently with us and your engineers to design the cabin just the way we wanted it and who spent a great deal of time at our remote location making sure things went well. We are very pleased with the results. We cannot say enough about the crew who worked through some terrible weather and other adversities at the cabin site. Rick Pretzer, Art Rojas, and Derrick Abbot were awesome and saw us through the whole project. Kevin also came up to help the second week. Great guys, very hard workers and the greatest "can do" attitudes. Plus, they were just fun to be around. We do have to put in a word for the two truck drivers from Idaho [sorry, cannot remember their names]. They were amazing in how they managed to get their incredibly large trailers into the site. We thought for a while that they were going to turn around and leave after seeing the road and driveway in. But they persevered, thankfully. All in all, this has been a very good experience with Cleary building our cabin. Our friends call it The Lodge. Please be sure to let Tom, Rick, Art, Derrick and the others know how much we appreciated their great work. Gratefully, Jim and Pat Lacey.

Sam Lancaster - Guttenburg, IA
I have had the greatest experience working with Charlie H. (Verona Head Quarters) and Bruce A. (Prairie Du Chien) on my project. I am a visual person and Charlie was able to present me with 2D color and 3D black and white illustrations. Charlie would drive out to my work (Jon Lancaster Toyota) and go over all of the modifications. I must have changed my mind at least 6 times on roof pitch, how many windows and doors the building needed. When it all came down to it, the customer service was truly amazing. Attached are photos of our building in Iowa.
In September, we had our annual neighborhood meeting and after the meeting many people asked why Cleary, everyone up here has "Brand X" and I said "building me exactly what I wanted" and "they are based in Verona Wisconsin." Later that day, I had a neighbor who was really interested, he walked through our building and was impressed. My goal is to send as many people as I can to Bruce.

that you will agree that you have a winning Cleary team here in Idaho made up of Marcus, Dave and Rick the builder.
Now that I have my indoor arena there is no down time lost due to weather, heat, wind or rain. I thought I would pass
on to you some things I especially like. I absolutely love the lighting, especially the west gable lighting. I strongly
recommend this to every horse owner. The building is very quiet, and tight, no wind whistling through, and the door
allows the horses to feel like they are not enclosed. I love my walk door, exactly what I wanted. We have had heavy
downpours and not one leak in the roof! It is truly a dream come true. Marcus provided me outstanding customer service.
Marcus and Dave went out of their way to answer all my questions on my first visit with them. They spent 3 hours helping
me design and develop my dream on paper. Whenever I had a question they couldn't answer, when they said they would
research it and get back to me, they did. Now that is first class customer service. They never once made me feel stupid
when I asked questions about building that I wanted to understand better. What a winning team. Rick my builder;
gosh I can't say enough great things about him as well. Rick runs a good crew; there was no complaining,
cursing or tempers. They really worked well together and seem to have a good time doing it; they cleaned up
and secured everything every night before they went home and Rick even explained things to me when I asked.
Very, very professional. I can't stress enough that this entire Cleary crew from Marcus, Dave and Rick are a
great asset to Cleary. Thank you Cleary and thank you to Marcus, Dave and Rick. You made my dream come true.

"This letter is to thank you folks for our new building that was put up for us. Your crew of Joe, Aaron and Codie did a wonderful job with this project. They were very friendly and helpful in answering questions we had, and they were very well mannered gentlemen. Safety was their number one factor. They also were careful in not letting nails and screws fall where they lay, for my horses. We were pleased for that factor!! Also, they were always working together, we never heard anyone raise their voices or any profanity whatsoever. Our praises go out to these guys for the little things like that. They were always watching what they were doing when moving equipment. We also were impressed that they always wore hardhats, safety glasses, and fall protection when up on things. Joe, Aaron and Codie should get a pat on their backs for this also. My neighbor came over and was impressed with the safety minded crew. That was the first thing he noticed also. getting started; some snow, a few rocks, a couple trees, but once the construction began, it was incredible.
Rick and his team are great. They worked long, hard hours and came back again the next day for more. Our building
